TIDAL Now Playing Overlay for OBS (Free)
Want viewers to see the TIDAL song you're playing? PlayPresence gives you a live now playing overlay that updates the moment the track changes. TIDAL keeps playing exactly as before: PlayPresence only reads the song title, artist and cover your phone already shows, never the audio. Your listeners get the track live, without needing a TIDAL account.
Set it up
- Install PlayPresence from Google Play and pick a username. Turn on TIDAL in the list of apps to share.
- Open the overlay generator, enter your username and copy the link.
- In OBS, click + under Sources, choose Browser, paste the link and set the size to about 560 × 210.
The card shows “yourname is listening on TIDAL” with the cover, title, artist and a live progress bar. It works the same in Streamlabs Desktop and Twitch Studio.

Do I need a TIDAL developer account or API key?
No. The overlay comes from the TIDAL app on your Android phone, so there's nothing to register and no keys to paste.
Does it work if TIDAL plays on my phone and I stream from my PC?
Yes, that's exactly how it works: your phone plays the music and the overlay in OBS updates live over the internet.
What size should the browser source be?
About 560 × 210. The background is transparent and the card hides itself when nothing is playing.
