Delete your PlayPresence account

Applies to the PlayPresence Android app by bridgeapi.top

Delete it in the app (instant)

1. Open PlayPresence on your Android phone.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to Account actions and tap Delete Account & Wipe Cloud Data.
4. Confirm. If you set a security PIN, enter it.

No longer have the app?

Email [email protected] from the Google account email you signed up with, and include your @username. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: Google identifier, email, display name, photo URL and username.
• All registered devices, device names, publishing secrets and your security PIN.
• Your live playback status and any media files stored for your account.
• Your public profile page, which stops working immediately. Your username can then be claimed by someone else.

What is not deleted by this

• Listening history on your phone is stored only on your device. Clear it in the app or uninstall the app to remove it.
• Short-lived operational logs are deleted on their normal schedule.
• Third-party copies: websites or apps that chose to save your public status in their own databases control those copies.
